I met someone one year ago
(actually four, but well i didn't recognize it at the time).
The first time we talked, you smiled.
And i couldn't think straight for the rest of the day.
I'll never forget, how you took my breath away.
It was unforgettable.

We got so close.
It was all great for awhile.
Then i found out, i started falling hard for him
(and i still am completely in love with him).
They said it was only a summer love.
But i think it's deeper than the others thought.
Now all the love songs were about him.

But then,

someone stopped trying.
Talk less. Awkward conversations.
Then slowly drifting apart.
No communication or whatsoever.
Memories started to fade.
I get used to live without him.
Without his scent.
Without his smart talk.
Without his arguments about politic.

Days becomes month, months become year.

Suddenly you appeared to my day.
Again.
Now i understand what Professor Snape feels towards Lily
(to you Professor Snape, i emphatize).
And i realize,
i never stopped loving you,
I just stopped showing it.
